Exército irá realizar a pavimentação de trecho da BR-156 no Amapá

O Exército Brasileiro começou a mobilizar tropas para o serviço de instalação do canteiro de obras para pavimentação da BR-156, entre a BR-210 e a comunidade de Vila Nova, no Amapá. A autorização para início dos trabalhos foi dada pelo Departamento Nacional de Infraestrutura de Transportes (DNIT).

A previsão é que os serviços sejam iniciados logos após o término do período de chuvas na região. Para acelerar o trabalho, as equipes já realizam a preparação dos serviços.

O trecho que será pavimentado pelo 8º Batalhão de Engenharia de Construção tem 61 quilômetros, entre os KM 210 ao 271 da BR-156/AP.

O DNIT também avança nos projetos necessários para o início das obras. De acordo com a autarquia, a ideia é garantir o maior avanço possível de pavimentação, aproveitando a janela climática da região, da maneira mais coordenada possível.

A obra de pavimentação da BR-156/AP é prioritária para o Governo Federal. O Ministério da Infraestrutura e o DNIT contam com o apoio da Bancada Amapaense no aporte de recursos e no senso de urgência para o avanço da construção.
